-The Christine DeVitt Exhibition Hall will feature a solo exhibit by Lahib Jaddo. The subject matter in all the works is WOMAN. In each work, woman tells a narrative. This narrative is about her place in the world.

-The Helen Devitt Jones Studio Gallery "A Tip of the Hat: The graphic art of Dirk Fowler and Bob Caruthers". A collection of pop culture and music inspired prints by current Texas Tech Professor of Art, Dirk Fowler and retired West Texas A&M Professor of Art, Bob Caruthers.

-The John Lott Gallery will feature Patrick Schneider’s solo installation “The Grid: the form follows the system”. Works that revolve around the relationship of architecture, nature and the grid".

- Martin-McDonald Gallery will feature Texas Rock Posters from the '60's and 70's. Lubbock natives are well represented in this collection of rare Texas psychedelic rock posters.

-Box Office Gallery will feature Rosie Sandifers Plein Air Workshop: Landscape from Life. Workshop held in Taos, New Mexico.

-Firehouse Theatre will house a ticketed event for the Flatlands Dance Theatre. “The Cracked Mirror” opens on Friday, May 4th. For more information or for tickets visit selectaseatlubbock.com.

-Helen DeVitt Jones Clay Studio will host a clay show and sale featuring the wheel-thrown clay work of the TTU School of Art Clay Club. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to The Guardians of the Children and the South Plains Food Bank.

-The Christine DeVitt Icehouse Gallery will host The Lubbock Area Foundation who presents the Lubbock Art Association Scholarship. Awards are made to talented young artists so they may continue their art education at the post-secondary level.

–The LHUCA Warehouses (at the corner of Mac Davis Lane and Texas Ave.) will showcase "Laid to Waste", a solo exhibit by Chris Walhona. The recontextualisation of manufactured objects to represent geometric shapes and forms.
